  Training Needs Analysis

In order to measure and maximise the return on training investment, Datex can perform a Training Needs Analysis on your nominated delegates.

Our Training Needs Analysis will establish the skills your organisation requires, and measure the knowledge of a delegate against this benchmark, prior to training delivery. A specific training plan can then be produced to address the identified skills gaps. This can also be followed by a post-delivery assessment to verify that the desired skill levels have been achieved.

This process ensures that the required skill levels are identified and met as efficiently as possible, thus maximising the return on your training investment.

All Training Needs Analysis undertaken by Datex Systems produces a specification for training. This may result in a course being tailored - or the standard course being used. Datex Training Consultants come from a variety of backgrounds. Datex courses are not just 'delivered', we aim to make your courses an enjoyable experience. Datex create an informal, yet structured atmosphere in which to learn. We encourage all delegates to exchange information with each other.
 
     
 
  Types of Training

Scheduled Training
Datex offers one of the broadest and deepest schedules of IT training courses in the area, meaning that our customers receive the training which they want, when they want it. Dates are scheduled 12 months of the year, on over 100 different popular course titles. We can often arrange scheduled dates to suit you.

Tailored Training
Of course, scheduled courses do not always meet our clients' requirements. Datex has a wealth of experience in designing and delivering tailored training solutions for just those occasions. We can train at our centres, or on client site(s) throughout the UK. This can range from one-to-one training, through to courses tailored for up to 8 people.

Our Facilities
Datex's facilities are located on the outskirts of Sheffield, just a short drive from the M1 motorway network, and just a short walk from Sheffield's tram route, with numerous bus stops nearby.

All of our training rooms are purpose-built and fully equipped with the latest technologies to aid delivery and enhance the learning process, helping to enrich each delegate's training experience. They are all fully climate controlled.

We want to ensure that our delegates are as comfortable and relaxed as possible during their time at Datex. In our separate refreshment rooms we provide full lunches with vegetarian selections, as well as mid-morning and afternoon snacks.

The training centre is open from 9.00am to accommodate early arrivals, with registration ideally completed each day by 9:15am. Dress code is informal.

Throughout the day, messages can be taken for you by our switchboard on 0114 247 0242. These will be delivered to delegates at break times, unless urgency requires your training to be interrupted.

Post Course Support
All of Datex's training automatically includes three months of post-course support, via e-mail or telephone. This enables, and encourages, delegates to apply their course knowledge back in the workplace, confident that they have an established source of approachable and expert advice close to hand.
