Datex Systems has been involved in PC Networks since their conception. We installed our first in-house network in 1986. Things have moved on a lot since the early days, and so have the Networking skills of our engineers.

Datex offer a full Network consultancy service for design, supply, installation and support of networked computer systems. We currently support Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, and XP Network Clients. Our File Server operating system experience covers Novel Netware V3.x (and above), Microsoft Windows NT4, 2000 and 2003.

We have significant experience in all aspect of Networking, infrastructure, application migration and integration.

In current day network design, the applications and services that run on the network play a very significant role in how a network is designed. It is, therefore, not only necessary to be fully conversant with network infrastructure and the various server operating systems, it is also necessary to be fully conversant with all the major server applications and their integration.

Datex Systems are a Microsoft Certified Partner, so have to maintain highly qualified personnel. We understand not only the available network operating systems, but also the server applications, and how these should be successfully implemented.

It is quite common for clients these days to require company wide email, Internet/Intranet, and multi-user database access. Datex are very familiar with this type of request, and have a great deal of experience in designing networks where Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL and/or ADSL are to be implemented.
